Please read this document carefully before booking and beginning the sessions offered by The Inner Smile. By acknowledging consent below, proceeding with booking, and by availing The Inner Smile’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.
The Inner Smile offers Emotional Wellbeing Coaching delivered through an integrative approach drawing upon psychology-informed counselling skills, psychotherapy-informed techniques, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, personal growth, emotional resilience, and overall psychological wellbeing.
These services are supportive and complementary in nature and do not constitute medical advice, assistance or treatment.
Services are provided in accordance with the practitioner’s education, training, certifications and experience. Aparna Aggarwal holds a certification as a Psychology Counsellor and experiential psychotherapist from the National Health Care Academy (NHCA); this is a professional certification and not a statutory licence, and does not constitute registration as a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or other “mental health professional” under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.
Sessions do not include or constitute diagnosis of mental health disorders, psychiatric treatment, medical advice or treatment, or licensed clinical psychological services, and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health care. Clients currently under the care of a physician, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional are encouraged to continue that care as appropriate. The Inner Smile does not offer assistance in medical or psychological emergencies, including thoughts of self-harm or suicide, danger to others, or symptoms of severe clinical disorders — please seek professional medical care in such situations.
This practice is intended for women and girls (18 years and above) seeking emotional wellbeing support, and is not appropriate for crisis intervention or psychiatric conditions requiring immediate clinical care, including active suicidal intent, active psychosis, or acute psychiatric emergencies. In a mental health or medical emergency, please contact emergency services (112) or appropriate crisis support immediately. The Inner Smile does not provide emergency or crisis response services.
Information shared in sessions is treated as confidential except where there is serious risk of harm to self or others, or where disclosure is required by law or a lawful order. Where feasible, this would be discussed with you first. Sessions may not be recorded by either party without prior mutual written agreement.
Sessions are conducted online and typically include a Discovery Call (15 minutes), Individual Sessions (60 minutes), and extended sessions where agreed in advance.
Your appointment is confirmed only after the booking process is completed, payment is successfully received through the approved payment gateway, and you receive a booking confirmation.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for one complimentary rescheduling; refunds for an individual session are considered only in exceptional circumstances, at The Inner Smile’s sole discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability; repeated last-minute changes may require a new booking and payment. A missed session without prior notice is treated as utilised — no refund or replacement is provided, and where a package was purchased, one session is deducted. Arriving late does not extend the session or reduce the fee. If The Inner Smile needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund for that session.
Packages are offered at a discounted fee to encourage continuity. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, a 4-session package is valid for 8 weeks and a 5-session package for 10 weeks from the date of purchase; unused sessions expire automatically after that unless an extension is granted in writing at The Inner Smile’s sole discretion. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable unless expressly approved, and refunds where approved are processed via the original payment mode — The Inner Smile is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors after a refund is initiated. The Inner Smile reserves the right to amend clauses 7–8 of this document at any time; updates will be published on this website and apply prospectively.
Coaching is a collaborative process — meaningful outcomes depend in part upon your participation, openness, and engagement. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed, and your use of, or inability to use, the services is at your own sole risk.

Participation is entirely voluntary and may be discontinued at any time by informing the practitioner. The Inner Smile also reserves the right to terminate your use of its services without citing a reason; in such cases a refund will be initiated for remaining sessions.
By proceeding, you confirm you have read and understood this document, understand the nature and limits of the services, voluntarily agree to participate, and understand these services do not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health care. You also confirm you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer on the website. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
